About Me

I received my Masters degree in Librarianship from Emory University in 1975, but instead of becoming a librarian I went "corporate." Three years ago I had the chance to decide what I really wanted to do, and with encouragement from my children's teachers, I decided to become a school media specialist. I am provisionally certified and am taking the courses I need to achieve clear and renewable status. I am employed at Dunbar Elementary School in Atlanta, Georgia.
